Everything okay, but they don't have restaurant and the breakfast was serve from some street vendor in the neighbourhood. They don't accept payment by credit card. And the price are not equal with the service no cafe shop or restaurant and no hot water for the standard room. Since there is no other hotel besides hotel ningrat, so like or dislike you have to book on this place because you need it. It is a kinda ancient building which used as a royal family home. Read our transparency report to learn Indonesia8 contributions1 helpful voteThis is the second time, I bring my friend to stay along in this town, really need to improve their service and as called the hotel, really far from the expectations, the reception wasn't helpful at all, no info about cleaning room, if we not leave it the key, I also from the hospitality industry, as the price they offer really not worth at all, wifi connection need to go to lobby, it's not convenient for the guest, the staff not even speak English, about this issue the hotel management should inquire the staff to speak basic English at least, however this hotel it's the only one in town or maybe in island it self, I'm origin born in Madura, as this review, it could give alot effort to improved the service, and hospitality Standart as hotel. Nice breakfast. VIP rooms available. The off street parking is complimentary. I wish I had more time to stay. Wasn't going to see this hotel due to other reviews. I've no idea what they are talking about. Great value and fit for business or family stay. Cakraningrat was Madura Royal Family before the independance of Indonesia. The palace was preserved & renovated then function as royal heritage boutique hotel. The original building is now utilised as lobby. We could sit around the lobby enjoying morning or afternoon tea / coffee while chilling from the warm and humid weather of Madura. Comfy bed & pillows, a huge bathroom with a tub, hot shower, and a hairdryer completed with a big wardrobe, a small fridge & a lounge area! We both could sleep well with a good cool aircon. It's about AU$ 75/night and it's all worth it! It is WAY overprized 400-800k for its quality. Not very clean, horrible bathrooms, the beds look like you want not to touch it, we asked for extra linen so it was ok.
